To provide quality affordable housing for low to middle income families and grow our business in a responsive and sustainable manner over the coming decade by capitalising on partnership opportunities and pursuing additional stock acquisitions either through building or purchasing initiatives
Eastcoast Housing was established as a public company in 1996 after the amalgamation of the Moe, Chelsea and the Riviera rental housing cooperatives. Eastcoast manages 150 long-term houses owned by the Director of Housing. The agency specialises in providing affordable long-term accommodation for people on low and middle incomes. The agency is based in Moe but has no geographical restriction on its operations, and its housing portfolio spans from metropolitan Melbourne to the far east Gippsland region.
