We provide long term solutions for people who;

Housing Choices Australia Limited (HCAL) was formed in October 2011 following the consolidation of two registered agencies, Melbourne Affordable Housing (MAH) and Supported Housing Limited (SHL). Housing Choices Australia Limited forms part of a wider group of companies which trade under the name 'Housing Choices', and which provide housing to people on low incomes and with a disability.
In 2011, Housing Choices established Housing Choices Tasmania Limited. This company provides housing for people on low incomes throughout Tasmania.

The agencies currently operate under the Housing Choices Australia group trading name. They share governance and management structures with Disability Housing Limited and Singleton Equity Housing Limited and act as trustee for Ecumenical Housing Trust, Inner City Social Housing Trust and Inner City Social Housing Fund.
Housing Choices Australia:
- Works in partnership with some 45 support agencies in areas including mental health, disability, family services, aboriginal health services to support life opportunities for residents
- Works with all levels of government to deliver important housing infrastructure and social policy outcomes through programs such as the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) and the National Rental Affordability Scheme (NRAS).
- Partners with leading construction and development companies including MAB, Burbank, Australand, L U Simon, ICON Construction, Pomeroy Pacific and Hewcon.
- Has devised innovative funding models whereby high density affordable housing is delivered in inner city areas through partnerships with public and private developers, philanthropic trusts and financiers including the National Australia Bank, Westpac and Bankmecu.
