Baptcare Affordable Housing Ltd (BAH) was established to promote the relief of poverty, sickness or the needs of the aged by providing affordable rental housing to persons in housing need as low-income households.
Baptcare Affordable Housing Ltd (BAH) provides housing to people facing financial hardship in Victoria. BAH's affordable housing units provide the bases from which financially disadvantaged people can access a range of services including education, training and employment. Units are available to financially disadvantaged people and people who meet the low income and assets test, meaning that they earn a low income, are eligible for a health care card, have assets totalling less than $34,000 and are able to live independently.
