Agency purpose / vision

To provide affordable housing to disadvantaged members of the Victorian community who are unable to access the private rental market.

Agency history

CatholicCare Victoria Housing Ltd was first registered as an Incorporated body in June of 2009. Prior to this, Centacare, Catholic Diocese of Ballarat Inc had managed a number of Director of Housing owned properties including 10 group homes, 2 respite properties, 1 rooming house and an eight-bed crisis accommodation property for single men.
