Housing for a Healthy and Inclusive Community. To provide a genuine neighbourhood environment for people experiencing housing insecurity. The Vision and Mission of EACH Housing advocate that providing housing is not enough - we must ensure a non-stigmatised environment and that the tenants of EACH Housing have a feeling of inclusion and participation in their neighbourhood. Although a relatively small player in Social Housing, EACH Housing plays a very important role in its provision of housing to a specialised sector in the outer east and south of Melbourne. Through an integrated process EACH Housing tenants are predominantly referred by the client support teams from it's parent company, EACH, who continue to support most tenancies after they are secured. This contributes to a holistic approach in the management of our tenants.
EACH Housing was established and became a registered housing provider in 2009. EACH Housing’s origins extends from its parent company EACH, through its CREST Program where both housing and support were provided to people with lived experience of mental illness. Since its registration, EACH Housing has grown to include tenancy services across a range of client groups these include - Family Violence, Single Homelessness and Physical Disability. EACH Housing continues to work closely with its parent EACH in the referral and support of its tenants.
Long term accommodation
EACH Housings's tenant group consists of disadvantaged and low income households. EHL's focus is on individuals who have experienced mental health issues, those with physical disabilities as well as women and children who have experienced family violence.

In recent times, EACH Housing has undertaken various housing projects which assist in meeting the high demand for housing. In particular, EACH Housing has developed two projects for Specialist Disability Accommodation in Ringwood and Officer. In addition, EACH Housing expanded its housing portfolio through its spot purchase of properties for women and children experiencing family violence and single homelessness, as part of the Rapid Housing Program.

EACH Housing works with a variety of agencies and in particular receives significant support from its Parent Company EACH.
