Uniting Housing is a registered company limited by guarantee and is registered with the ACNC as a Public benevolent institution. Its Board of Governance is independent of other Uniting Church group entities.
The Uniting Housing (Victoria) Limited Board endorsed a joint strategy with Uniting (Victoria and Tasmania) Limited to ‘make housing a priority for the Uniting Church’.
To enable the strategy’s success a Relationship Agreement between the two organisations was enacted and a Service Level Agreement signed that has Uniting Housing’s housing services being delivered by Uniting’s Housing & Property Division.
